Mr. Sin

When I first saw this, my jaw dropped. I have been a huge fan of Pulp literature, not for the stories so much, but for the art. The masters of Pulp art capture emotion as well as content. The image tells a story, and Sideshow captured that essence in their sculpt.

This is Ursala Strand. She is in the clutches of the evil mastermind, Mr. Sin. There are so many intricate details that deserve to be noticed.

Here you see the delicate painted fingernails of Ursala as she searches a demonic book for any clues the help her escape the clutches or Mr. Sin.

This statue features a light-up base. This clearly shows some sort of hideous creature that Mr.Sin has generated as his minions of evil.

As well as an illuminated lithopane backdrop.

This is an absolutley beautiful piece that captures that essence from those old Pulp serials.
